KUI UMI – Virginia Pattingale, Director of University of New England (UNE), Australia, visits UMI. The visit holds at Menara UMI Fl. 9, Thursday, 11 August 2016.
The visit assists by the Head of International Office of UMI (KUI), Hj. Setyawati Yani, S.T., M.T., Ph.D.
The director of UNE International is accompanied by Suliyanti Hakim Dalle, Business Manager of UNE International & research for Indonesia.
Virginia said UNE has a strength in the agriculture field. UNE has smart region incubator and agriculture center.
Besides, UNE also has the school of medical, environment, business, education and law.
Hj. Setyawati Yani, S.T., M.T., Ph.D., the head of international office UMI mentioned, UMI is always open and welcome collaboration offered. An opportunity in collaborating with UMI can be in the form of academic mobility exchange, such as; by sending UMI lecturers or students to continue study abroad. As an addition, credit transferred and credit is earning, 3 + 1 is also a good way in building collaboration.
