Indonesian Education Affairs 2015

KUI UMI – 15 higher educations both private and state join an invitation for Indonesian Education Fair 2015 from the ministry of Research, Science & Technology and Coorporation in Higher Education of Republic Indonesia (RI) embassy at Dili, Timor Leste  on 10 to 11 November 2015.

The Muslim University of Indonesia or mostly known as Universitas Muslim Indonesia (UMI) Makassar is one of the participant in the fair besides Universitas Halu Oleo Kendari which come from outside of Java.

The ambassador of RI for Timor Leste M. Primanto Hendrasmoro says, Indonesian Education Fair 2015 aims to share information to Timor Leste society on universities in Indonesia because students from Timur Leste who continues their study are increasing recently.

It is also said that, this event can increase coorperation in higher education between the two countries, particularly to mobilize the networking in the countries.

“This event is also filled with dialog on education system in Indonesia, and immigration problem in Indonesia. This is to help and to make easier Timor Leste society continuing education in Indonesia,” he says.
