International Office Officially Occupies Its Office

KUI UMI – Kantor Urusan Internasional (KUI) Universitas Muslim Indonesia (UMI) now officially occupies its office. It is sited in Menara UMI Fl. Five building, Jl Urip Sumohardjo, Makassar.

The office is inaugurated by the UMI Rector, Prof Dr Masrurah Mokhtar MA on Tuesday, 2nd May 2017.

The celebration is also attended by the Chairman of Wakaf UMI Foundation Mokhtar Noer Jaya, accompanied by the head of International Office (KUI UMI) Ir Hj Setyawati Yani ST MT IPM PhD and Deans of faculties within UMI.

The inauguration also coupled with the work meeting of International Office which is followed by all leaders within UMI. The meeting lasted until the afternoon.

Prof Masrurah said that International Office had built collaboration with many parties both national and international, either it is in education, community services or students exchange.

“Hopefully with these new facilities, International Office will increase the implementation of the collaborations in supporting internationalization of UMI,” Prof Masrurah said.
